The products and services available on the Website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only.
You may not sell or resell any of the products or samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. Vapour Organic Beauty reserves the right to cancel any online order for any reason.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities to 2 per product and 20 different products per order.
We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s). We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

Our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee applies only to purchases made at vapourbeauty.com and grants you time to experience the effects of using Vapour.
Purchases made at a Vapour retailer need to be returned to that retail location and may not be returned to vapourbeauty.com.
Only products purchased directly from vapourbeauty.com are eligible for consideration.
This complimentary return service is designed solely for customers who do not like a particular product or shade.
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange and will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit.
Purchases up to $300 are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
For purchases exceeding $300, a maximum of 60% of the order’s total value can be returned. This includes multiple orders shipping to the same address or individual, which may be combined by Vapour Organic Beauty when determining return eligibility requirements.
In the event of any perceived abuse(s) of Vapour Organic Beauty’s Risk-Free Guarantee, determined at the sole discretion of Vapour Organic Beauty, a return or multiple returns may not be honored.
Vapour Artist Palettes, Travel-size items, discounted items, sample kits, special promotions (including kits or collections), limited-time offers and individual products purchased within a kit or collection are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only one return and/or exchange per each product in one order. Multiple returns or exchanges on a product will not be considered for return, exchange, or credit. These items will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit.
Naturally, we cannot honor returns on overly used products. If we receive an overly used product, to be determined by the sole discretion of Vapour Organic Beauty, a refund, exchange or credit will not be permitted and the item will not be returned to sender.
Refunds can only be credited in the amount of which you paid and will be applied to the original credit card used for payment. A store credit will be issued, should the original form of payment become deactivated.
Vapour Organic Beauty will not send refunds in the form of a check.
Products that are returned to Vapour Organic Beauty that were purchased using a gift card will receive a new e-gift card for the return value.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.You are responsible for shipping expenses on returns.
We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim.
We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Vapour Organic Beauty makes every product in small batches. This ensures quality and freshness for each product that leaves our facilities. That being said, defective products can include, but are not limited to, faulty packaging.
Vapour Organic Beauty is happy to replace any defective product that is brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe.
Vapour Organic Beauty is not responsible for replacing or refunding any products that may have been misused, dropped, neglected, exposed to extreme temperatures or natural wear and tear, to be determined at the sole discretion of Vapour Organic Beauty.
Orders may take up to five business days to leave our facilities once you have received your shipping notification. Your shipping notification does not mean that your order has left our facilities. USPS can take anywhere between 3–5 business days to deliver to your package, depending on your location.
The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Vapour Organic Beauty is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortages of materials, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Orders may take up to five business days to leave our facilities once you have received your shipping notification. Your shipping notification does not mean that your order has left our facilities.
USPS can take anywhere between 15-20 business days to deliver to your package, depending on your location.
When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. Packages sent via First Class Mail International are not insured and do not offer guaranteed tracking. We offer this shipping method in order for our customers to have more affordable shipping rates overseas. However, this shipping option does come with a certain level of risk, Vapour Organic Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If you feel your package has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact your local carrier for more information, as Vapour Organic Beauty is unable to file claims on your behalf. Vapour Organic Beauty is not responsible to resend or refund any order.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We have no control over an order once it leaves our facilities. Vapour Organic Beauty is not responsible for packages that have not been received, yet are marked as “Delivered” by the postal carrier.
First check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery.
Sometimes carriers are unable to deliver a package if you aren’t home.
They will typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package back to our facilities. (Please refer to item 10).
Some other suggestions for you to try:
Look around to see if it was left nearby. See if another member of the household accepted the delivery. Wait until the end of the day as sometimes packages can show as “delivered” while still in transit.
If these suggestions are not successful for you, please contact your local post office for more information(USPS 1-800-222-1811).
Please use the USPS tracking number provided in the shipping notification email we have sent to you on USPS.com. From there, you may enter the tracking number in the proper field for delivery updates.
Please note that Vapour Organic Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contract USPS Customer Care. Vapour Organic Beauty is not responsible for shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.
We ship out orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund or exchange.
Packages that are refused or have failed delivery will be returned to Vapour Organic Beauty and will be assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Website.
Please keep in mind that product shades may look different in the containers/packaging than on the skin.
Also, swatches in print and on computer screens may appear lighter or darker, depending on the lighting in the room, the screen contrast/lighting, among a variety of other factors.
That being said, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
