Q: When will my order arrive? Orders typically take 1 - 3 business days to process, fulfill and ship, depending on the volume of orders being processed. Domestic delivery can take anywhere between 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location. International delivery can take anywhere from 10 - 16 business days, depending on your location. Q: What is your return policy? A. Because Vapour is a revolutionary new product; we encourage everyone to try our products risk-free for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your products you may return them, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price.
The original shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package. Q: I am having trouble logging in to my customer account. I cannot check out as a guest. How can I place my order? A: If you have ordered from our website in the past you will need to log into your automatically generated customer account. If you have never received instructions on how to set up a password for your account please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to manually set it for you. We do not offer a permanent "guest checkout" option. Our system requires a valid e-mail address and a password associated with each customer to maintain a purchase history. Without this function we would not be able to issue refunds and exchanges. User accounts are essential to provide our customers with the best possible customer service. We recommend that you record your login and password information in a secure location.
Q: I live outside of the US. Can I still purchase Vapour Organic Beauty? A: Yes. We do offer shipping to most countries for a flat rate of $16.95 USD ($12.95 to Canada), not including any duties or taxes incurred at customs. Our average international shipping time is 10 to 12 business days, depending on your location. To avoid international duties and VAT taxes, we also have stockists in Canada and the UK. Q: I ordered a sample kit. Where can I find my $10 OFF discount code? A: Promo codes are automatically e-mailed within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. To receive promo codes via e-mail you must allow Vapour to send you promotional e-mails. You can do this by logging into your Vapour Beauty account settings or opting to receive Vapour promotional emails when placing an order. Promo code e-mails are often flagged as spam. Q: I understand that all Vapour products contain a minimum of 70% Organic ingredients. What is the other 30%? A: The other 30% is reserved primarily for the beautiful mineral pigments that color our products. It also includes Vitamin E, and other beneficial botanicals not yet available with a organic designation. So the other 30% is natural, just not organic.
Q: Will Vapour's oil/wax base make my skin break out? A: No. Everyone's skin is different, and diet has much to do with the underlying health of our skin. All of Vapour's products have been designed with non-comedogenic ingredients that are very compatible with the skin. Vapour will not make your skin break out. We don't want to obscure the skin;we want to make it glow! Q: Do your products contain any nano-particles? A: No. At Vapour your health and safety is our highest priority. We do not use any ingredients that could be potentially harmful. All minerals and pigments are cosmetic-grade particle size – much larger than micronized or nano-particles and will not pass through your skin.
Q: Why isn't there any water in the Vapour products? A. Water is really important to skin health but not necessarily when applied topically to "moisturize" the surface. You are better off moisture-wise to drink your daily 64 oz of water, and then lock that moisture in with a plant oil/beeswax based moisturizer like Stratus. Beeswax lets the skin breathe and does not block pores. Our plant oil and beeswax base locks in the skin's own moisture and is anti-oxidant and skin softening. Another important reason that we do not use water is that water is where bacteria grow. By not using water Vapour does not have to use harsh "killer" preservatives. Water is also a precious resource that should be conserved.
