Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.

• Priority Mail Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 business days, after leaving our facilities, depending on your location.
• Priority Mail International orders are typically delivered within 10 - 14 business days, after leaving our facilities, depending on your location.
  

Shipping on Sample Kits:
Sample Kits may be shipped via USPS First Class Padded Envelope for the lower flat rate of $2.30 USD Domestic, or $5.00 USD International.

• First Class Domestic orders are typically delivered within 6 - 10 business days depending  on your location.
• First Class International orders are typically delivered within 15 - 20 business days depending on your location.

For faster shipping please feel free to select USPS Priority Mail which is typically delivered in 3 - 5 business days Domestic, 10 - 14 business days International, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
US orders over $75 receive free shipping.

International Shipping
We offer USPS International shipping for a flat rate of $16.95  USD ($12.95 USD to Canada), not including duties or taxes incurred at customs. Our average international shipping time is 10 to 16 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping to Third Party
We accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, however, that Vapour reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.

Tracking Orders & History
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can view the status of your order by visiting www.vapourbeauty.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order has been shipped.

Unfortunately the United States Postal Service in unable to offer tracking information for packages once they have left the US.
