Q: I understand that all Vapour products contain a minimum of 70% Certified Organic ingredients.
What is the other 30%?
A: The other 30% is reserved primarily for the beautiful mineral pigments that color our products. It also
includes Vitamin E, and other beneficial botanicals not yet available with a certified organic designation.
So the other 30% is natural, just not certified organic.
Q: What is your return policy?
A. Since Vapour is a revolutionary new product, we encourage everyone to try our products risk-free
for 30 days. If Vapour Organic Beauty isn’t for you, just return the products via US Mail to

Q: Will Vapour's oil/wax base make my skin break out?
A: No. Everyone's skin is different, and diet has much to do with the underlying health of our skin. All
of Vapour's products have been designed with non-comedogenic ingredients that are very
compatible with the skin. Vapour will not make your skin break out. We don't want to obscure the skin;
we want to make it glow!
Q:I live outside of the US. Can I still purchase Vapour Organic Beauty?
A: Yes. Our products are available through The Shopping Channel in Canada and TVSN in Australia. We
can also ship orders to foreign countries directly through our website. Just select your country on the
checkout page. If your country does not appear, please e-mail us at info@vapourbeauty.com.
Q: Do your products contain any nano-particles?
A: No. At Vapour your health and safety is our highest priority. We do not use any ingredients that could
be potentially harmful. All minerals and pigments are cosmetic-grade particle size – much larger than
micronized or nano-particles and will not pass through your skin.
Q: Why isn't there any water in the Vapour products?
A. Water is really important to skin health but not necessarily when applied topically to "moisturize"
the surface. You are better off moisture-wise to drink your daily 64 oz of water, and then lock that
moisture in with a plant oil/beeswax based moisturizer like Stratus. Beeswax lets the skin breathe and
does not block pores. Our plant oil and beeswax base locks in the skin's own moisture and is
anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, and skin softening. Another important reason that we do not use water
is that water is where bacteria grows. By not using water Vapour does not have to use harsh "killer"
preservatives. Water is also a precious resource that should be conserved.
Q: When will more colors/products be available?
A: Vapour is constantly developing new products. Sign up to become a VIP in the footer of any page
and be the first to know when new products will be available. We also offer special discounts and gifts
with purchase in our VIP e-mails. In the meantime, our initial shade range has been carefully crafted
to flatter everyone. Keep watching this site for news of more color additions.
Q: What about skincare?
A: Vapour Labs is working on prototypes for our skincare line which we also plan to add in 2011. Right
now please introduce yourself to our skin care philosophy by trying our Lux Lip Conditioner (it is
95% Organic and oh-so rich) and of course, our star, Stratus -- now available in two shades to compliment
all skin tones.

a select number of specialty boutiques. We are planning to expand into more retail locations in 2011.
