Shipping Terms
Vapour Organic Beauty can ship international orders, please call 888-751-3662 for international orders.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only.

Orders placed by 12 noon MST usually ship the same day.

Expedited orders (Overnight and 2nd Day Service) must be placed by 12 noon MST to be shipped the same day as ordered.

Shipping to Third Party
We accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, however, that Vapour reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.

Tracking Orders & History
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can view the status of your order by visiting www.vapourbeauty.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 12 business hours after the order has been shipped.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.

When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 noon MST.

Returns

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package.
